Trademark Supports UNICEF’s Ukraine Efforts

At Trademark, we operate with a guiding principle that we recognize our blessings and generously share resources with others.

In response to the tragic humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, we are supporting UNICEF’s efforts to support children affected by the conflict. We encourage our employees, friends, partners, clients, and customers to join us.

WE ARE

A full-service real estate firm, rethinking the future of retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use places.

Our purpose is to be extraordinary stewards, enhance communities and enrich lives.

We start every project by listening to all stakeholders and learning each project’s unique history and context.

Trademark is celebrating its 30th birthday this year as being recognized as one of the country’s top mixed-use developers with a passion for stewardship and community-driven development. Founded in 1992 Trademark has invested $4.5B and developed or redeveloped 21M square-feet of commercial mixed-use projects.
