Senior Director of Marketing | Atlanta, GA

Overview

The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for the strategic leadership of Atlantic Station’s brand, marketing, communications, public relations, signature events, and entire guest experience footprint. This critical leadership role develops and executes high-impact integrated initiatives that strengthen Atlantic Station’s position as a top-tier mixed-use hub, drive retail traffic and sales, support asset leasing objectives, and elevate long-term property value. The Senior Director directly guides the on-site marketing team and concierge organization, working hand-in-hand with ownership, agency partners, and media stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Brand Protection: Guard, strengthen, and champion the Atlantic Station brand identity across all media channels, public touchpoints, and guest interactions.
  • Strategic Planning: Architect and deliver comprehensive annual marketing, digital, and public relations strategies tightly aligned with overall asset performance goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor consumer insights, retail trends, and Campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to continually refine approach, measure success, and report results to ownership.

2. Events, Communications & Digital Media

  • Signature Programming: Lead the creative planning and operational execution of large-scale signature events, seasonal programs, and community activations that turn the property into a buzzing regional draw.
  • Omnichannel Oversight: Supervise digital strategy, including website content, social media channels, targeted email marketing, creative video/asset production, and traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Public Relations: Serve as the primary media spokesperson and strategic liaison for Atlantic Station with local community organizations, corporate partners, and city entities.

3. Retailer, Office & Residential Integration

  • Retailer Success: Coordinate retailer marketing opportunities, multi-tenant grand openings, and exclusive in-store activations to boost sales and enhance tenant retention.
  • Specialty Leasing Partner: Collaborate with the Vice President of Specialty Leasing to capture lucrative corporate sponsorships, property-wide brand partnerships, and unique revenue-generating pop-up initiatives.
  • Mixed-Use Synergy: Partner with the multi-family residential and office leasing teams to build cohesive, integrated cross-programming that unifies the entire live-work-play environment.

4. Leadership & Fiscal Management

  • Team Development: Direct, mentor, and foster professional growth within the on-site marketing staff, the Concierge Manager, and the guest services team.
  • Budget Governance: Own the development and meticulous monthly management of complex annual marketing budgets, tracking forecasts and agency financial records.
  • Vendor & Agency Management: Manage specialized public relations, creative, and digital agencies, ensuring deliverables are hit on time and within scope.

Property Management Administrative Assistant | Corpus Christi, TX

What You’ll Do

Contract & Vendor Management

  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and operational documents.
  • Manage the bidding process and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and operations staff to obtain competitive bids.
  • Liaise between staff, vendors, and leadership on contract scope, terms, and negotiations.
  • Ensure contracts are reviewed for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain digital and hard copies of all contracts and ensure proper documentation accompanies each agreement.
  • Track key contract milestones and renewal dates using a centralized calendar system.
  • Monitor vendor performance, evaluate service quality, and recommend improvements or changes.
  • Conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities to reduce expenses or improve service delivery.
  • Support invoice accuracy and oversee billing procedures related to contracted services.

Certificates of Insurance (COI) & Compliance

  • Track, collect, and maintain Certificates of Insurance for all tenants and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, issue default notices as necessary.
  • Monitor expiration dates and maintain follow-up systems for renewals.
  • Participate in audits and compliance checks related to tenant/vendor documentation and contract adherence.
  • Manages reporting as it pertains to Asset Partner – Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting, tasks, forms – Inventory, RCP compliance etc.
  • Facilitates issuance of licensee violation fees (operating hours, trash, signage, etc.).

Sustainability & ESG Reporting

  • Lead and support sustainability efforts in alignment with ESG standards and company goals.
  • Prepare and maintain sustainability-related reports and forms (e.g., Goby, Code Green, IREM, CalPERS compliance).
  • Collaborate with tenants and operations to identify and implement sustainable practices.
  • Track and report on sustainability metrics to meet ownership and partner expectations.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment for the management team.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure proper documentation is prepared for ownership.
  • Prepare tenant communications as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, serve as a point person for special administrative projects, and provide general support across departments.
  • Promote and foster strong relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and corporate partners.
  • Provides clerical and other office administrative support duties for staff, including tasks related to the workload of the Management Team.
