Zoe’s Kitchen and Smashburger Open at WestBend in Fort Worth, Texas

FORT WORTH, Texas (May 5, 2010) – Trademark Property Company, the Fort Worth-based real estate Investments, Asset Management and Development firm, has resumed development on its WestBend property in Fort Worth.

The company today announced two tenants for a new 5,159-square-foot building, which broke ground on April 29. Birmingham, Alabama-based Zoe’s Kitchen (3,029 sf), which currently operates in 11 states, serves made from scratch Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients and nutrition in an atmosphere of Southern hospitality. Denver, Colorado-based Smashburger (2,130 sf), which currently operates in 17 states, serves fresh 100% Angus beef “modern” burgers cooked-to-order and endeavors to be every city’s favorite burger place. Although both have other locations in Texas, WestBend will be the first Fort Worth location for each; both are scheduled to open this fall.
