Trademark Welcomes Tory Glossip as Senior Vice President of Property Management

The retail and mixed-use veteran brings nearly 25 years of experience

Fort Worth, TX (Sept. 9, 2026) – Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, has welcomed Tory Glossip as Senior Vice President of Property Management. Glossip brings approximately 25 years of retail and mixed-use property management experience to the role, further strengthening Trademark’s leadership team as the firm continues to grow its portfolio.

“Tory is exactly the kind of leader we look for at Trademark,” said Kevin Kessinger, President and COO at Trademark. “She is direct, thoughtful, and deeply invested in developing the people around her. We’re excited for the impact she will have on our properties and our team.”

At Trademark, Glossip will assume primary responsibility for a portion of the firm’s portfolio and fully lead the company’s property management function and strategic initiatives. Most recently, Trademark acquired Oak Hill Plaza, a 16,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Austin. The firm also recently assumed management, leasing, and operations of the 138-acre mixed-use retail district, Atlantic Station, in Atlanta.

“I’m honored to be joining Trademark at such an exciting time for the company,” said Glossip. “I’ve long respected Trademark’s approach to placemaking and the way it invests in its people. I look forward to building on that foundation alongside a talented team.”

Most recently, Glossip served as Vice President of Property Management at Centennial Real Estate, where she oversaw 17 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet and roughly $163 million in annual revenue, including $80 million of active redevelopment. She previously spent four years as Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International, where she grew the region’s assets under management from 5.7 million to more than 10 million square feet in three years. Earlier, Glossip spent 12 years at Madison Marquette, where she led a $750 million Pacific Northwest portfolio and played a leadership role in the $90 million redevelopment of the landmark Pacific Place property in downtown Seattle.

“As we continue to build out our best-in-class operating team, we are very pleased to have someone with Tory’s capabilities and experience join us in this important role,” said Terry Montesi, CEO and Founder of Trademark Property Company. “We are building an unbeatable platform for operating large institutional-quality retail and mixed-use assets. Tory will be instrumental in helping us deliver on that vision for our communities and partners.”

Glossip holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designations and was named a 2020 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence. She is active in ICSC and IREM and has held board leadership roles including vice chair and chair of ICSC@Red River. Glossip holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Iowa. Executive recruitment firm MHW Search led the placement on behalf of Trademark.
