Trademark announced three promotions as part of its growing focus on dwell times, social media, event programming and other new-age mixed-use metrics

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (May 11, 2023) – Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer and operator, today announced the promotions of three leaders as part of its experiential marketing strategy. Todd Anderton has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing, Laura Hale to Vice President of Portfolio Marketing and Stephany Ruiz to Vice President of Experience. The announcement marks a strategic move as the firm combines its Experience and Marketing teams.

By integrating our marketing and experience disciplines, we will amplify the role each plays across properties and at a corporate level.”

Experiential programming and activations are at the core of Trademark’s property-level marketing strategies. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Anderton will work alongside Ruiz and the entire marketing team to execute marketing and guest services at the highest level, with an increased efficiency and focus on results. As Vice President of Experience, Ruiz will provide guidance and leadership in the experience sector of marketing, as well as guest services. In her new position as Vice President of Portfolio Marketing, Hale will provide guidance, training, mentorship and oversight to all field marketing personnel and share best practices across the nationwide portfolio.
