ATLANTA (Aug 6, 2026) — Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, has been engaged by Atlantic Station ownership to assume management, leasing, and operations of the 138-acre mixed-use retail district, effective Aug. 1.
Trademark has spent more than 30 years developing and operating top-tier mixed-use communities across the country, including Market Street–The Woodlands, Annapolis Town Center, and Galleria Dallas, and will apply its proven approach to Atlantic Station. Key aspects include artful placemaking, community programming, and strategic leasing to brands that resonate with today’s consumers. Photos from Trademark’s portfolio are available here.
“Our first step is listening and understanding the community,” said Terry Montesi, founder and CEO of Trademark. “We will thoroughly evaluate the property’s strengths and opportunities to bring this iconic destination to the next level.”
Trademark has hired a seasoned general manager, Sean McIntosh, to oversee management and operations of the property’s 585,590-square-foot retail footprint. McIntosh brings more than 30 years of experience managing top retail assets, having spent a decade at GGP before joining Atlantic Station as assistant general manager from 2006 to 2013. He went on to advance his career at Jamestown, Oliver McMillan, and, most recently, Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, Florida, before making his return to Atlantic Station under Trademark’s management.
“It’s an honor to return to this incredible community,” McIntosh said. “We are committed to making this a seamless transition and will build on the strong foundation already in place.”
In the coming weeks, McIntosh will meet with tenants and the surrounding neighborhoods, and Trademark will launch a community engagement survey to gather feedback. Trademark will also hire a senior asset manager based in Atlanta, furthering the company’s local presence and oversight of the property.
Atlantic Station was recently named the No. 1 best place to live in America by Niche, and the property continues to add to its retail and dining lineup, with Nordstrom Rack, Gocha’s All Day on the Atlantic Green, Playa Bowls, and Busy Bee Café all announced as new additions. The property will also continue hosting its beloved signature events such as the Creator’s Market, Wellness Wednesdays and Light the Station.
