Soft Surroundings and Kendra Scott to open in November
GERMANTOWN, Tenn. (Oct. 28, 2015) – Trademark Property Co., the operating partner for Saddle Creek, has announced that clothing and lifestyle store Lily Rain will open a 1,600-square-foot store at the lifestyle center in spring 2016. The store, Lily Rain’s first Tennessee location, will be located in Saddle Creek South, next to Michael Kors
“Leasing momentum is strong at Saddle Creek right now, and we’re pleased that Lily Rain is joining the list of tenants opening at Saddle Creek,” said Terry Montesi, CEO, Trademark Property Co. “The next few months will see additional openings, including Soft Surroundings and Kendra Scott, with more to come in 2016.”
Trademark is currently underway on the second phase of its redevelopment efforts at Saddle Creek, including adding 5,000 square feet of new retail space and additional parking at Saddle Creek North, as well as new signage, wayfinding, landscaping, public space transformation, and façade renovations to visually tie the northeast corner to the new Saddle Creek South. Completion is slated for spring 2016. Combined with the initial phase of redevelopment, which was completed in 2015, the redevelopment efforts will have added approximately 25,000 square feet of new retail space to the property.
Other tenants coming to Saddle Creek include: Soft Surroundings and Kendra Scott, both of which will open in November; Stoney River Steakhouse, slated to open in early 2016; and Vom Fass and Sleep Number, which are slated for spring 2016 openings.
