Trademark Property Co. to Welcome Three New Tenants to Westbend

FORT WORTH, Texas (May 8, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. today announced three new additions to the growing list of tenants slated to open at its WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s University District. The new tenants, all new to the Fort Worth market, include: neighborhood restaurant & bar HG Sply Co., fashion boutique Pax & Parker and Texas-based Woodhouse Day Spa.

“In the past month alone, we’ve announced more than 32,000 square feet of restaurant and retail tenants coming to WestBend, and leasing remains strong,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co. “HG Sply Co., Woodhouse Day Spa, and Pax & Parker contribute to the fresh, walkable outdoor ambience we’re working to create at WestBend.”

HG Sply Co. will open a 3,800-square-foot location with a 5,000-square-foot patio along the Trinity River and Trinity Trail in late 2015. The neighborhood restaurant & bar is committed to serving a menu using all-natural ingredients that balances great flavor with natural, unprocessed foods. They believe carefully curated ingredients through local sourcing (some of which come from their own garden) can make even the most wholesome dish taste indulgent. HG Sply Co. offers a fare of savory plates, bowls and classic cocktails in an open, casual atmosphere of contemporary rusticity.

Pax & Parker, a luxury brick-and-mortar fashion shopping experience, will debut at WestBend with its first location. The 1,364-square-foot store is slated to begin offering its perfectly edited selection of the season’s best styles for men and women when it opens in fall 2015.

Woodhouse Day Spa is a full-service, luxury day spa that was founded in 2001 in Victoria, Texas and has since expanded across the country. Services available include skin care and facials, massage therapy, sleep treatments, manicures and pedicures, waxing, and all-day packages. The WestBend location will occupy 5,240 square feet and is slated to open in fall 2015.

HG Sply Co., Pax & Parker and Woodhouse Day Spa will join the line-up of current WestBend tenants, including Zoë’s Kitchen, East Hampton Sandwich Co., and Silver Fox, as well as The Fresh Market, scheduled to open in mid-June, Grimaldi’s Coal-Brick Oven Pizzeria, opening this fall, and Tyler’s, expected to open in early 2016.

Redevelopment efforts are currently underway at WestBend, including adding new retail, restaurants and a new 81,150-square-foot building that will include The Fresh Market on the ground floor and 57,000 square feet of new Class A office space, including Regus, directly above. Upon completion in fall 2015, WestBend will include 278,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space.
