Redevelopment to focus on property evolution for well-located center
BATON ROUGE, La. (Aug. 4, 2016) – Trademark Property Co. has been retained to manage, lease and evolve Perkins Rowe, a 745,000-square-foot retail center in Baton Rouge, La.

Built in 2007, Perkins Rowe features 375,000 square feet of retail space, including anchors Barnes & Noble, Cinemark, CVS, The Fresh Market and LA Fitness; 135,000 square feet of office space; and more than 220 multi-family units. Trademark begins its management and leasing duties immediately.
