Top Mixed-Use Center Remains a Magnet for Luxury Retail and Elevated Dining

Market Street – The Woodlands welcomes seven new brands, including several first-to-market

HOUSTON (Nov. 24, 2025) – Mixed-use real estate investor, developer and operator, Trademark Property Company (Trademark) today announced that Market Street – The Woodlands, a leading example of  walkable, mixed-use destinations, is expanding its offering of best-in-class retail and dining with the addition of seven tenants. Building upon its reputation as a vibrant town center in Houston’s affluent The Woodlands enclave, Market Street’s latest signings include David Yurman, Draper James, Pink Chicken (first in Texas), Le Labo, Love Shack Fancy, and gorjana, along with restaurant Local Public Eatery.

These new concepts reflect Market Street’s enduring appeal for top global brands. Featuring 400,000 square feet of retail; 15 restaurants; a luxury cinema; a high-end, one-of-a-kind H-E-B grocery store; 115,000 square feet of Class A office space; and a 70-room, 70,000-square-foot Hyatt Centric hotel, Market Street is home to one of the highest concentration of upscale retail brands in Houston, including Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Yves Saint Laurent, Golden Goose, Oliver Peoples, BOSS, Chanel Fragrance & Beauty, Lululemon, and Jo Malone. Restaurants include Sixty Vines, True Food Kitchen, Mastros Ocean Club, Bosscat Kitchen and Libations, and The Audrey Restaurant & Bar.

“For over two decades, Market Street has emerged as the foremost representation for luxury, upscale retail outside the Galleria area in the Houston MSA, becoming one of the highest performing suburban retail destinations in the country,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark. “In the last five to six years, we’ve worked to evolve Market Street’s merchandising mix to include even more new-to-market, in-demand retailers, restaurants, and lifestyle tenants that enhance the property’s role in the community and drive continued success. These latest lease signings are a result of that effort.”

This November, retailers joining Market Street include David Yurman, Draper James, Pink Chicken, and gorjana.

As America’s premier luxury jewelry brand, David Yurman is bringing innovative artistry to its newest boutique. Celebrated for timeless men’s and women’s collections, the brand’s sculptural Cable motif remains an iconic artistic signature. The High Jewelry collection is the pinnacle of the brand’s creative expression, designed in the New York City atelier with the highest level of craftsmanship and a philosophy that each design can be worn effortlessly, any time.

Reese Witherspoon founded Draper James in 2015 with a vision to create a lifestyle brand for women like herself, who wanted clothes that were special but not precious, easy to put together, and polished. The brick-and-mortar store at Market Street, which opened in early November, will be the third for the brand, which operates a Nashville flagship and a location at the Nashville International Airport.

Entering the Texas market for the first time, Pink Chicken offers vintage-inspired children’s clothing in fun, original prints and patterns. Recognizing rising demand from the brand’s Houston customer base, Pink Chicken’s Texas fans will officially be able to shop in-store for the first time since the brand was launched in 2006. The Market Street location is now open, marking Pink Chicken’s 11th store in the U.S.

Adding to a growing selection of jewelers at Market Street is gorjana, a California-based curator of fashion and fine jewelry that is currently in expansion mode across the U.S. The Market Street store will feature the brand’s signature collections and a California-inspired in-store experience.

Love Shack Fancy opened its newest boutique at Market Street earlier in October, with the New York City-based brand’s store filled with feminine pieces inspired by vintage garments. Earlier this fall, Local Public Eatery, which serves American comforts such as in a neighborly atmosphere, opened its third Texas location.

Set to open early next year, Le Labo features a substantial line-up of fine fragrances across personal perfumes, candles, shampoo, lotion, and more. Founded in Grasse, France, one of the perfume capitals of the world, the brand’s signature scents have become world-renowned. This will be Le Labo’s fourth Texas location.
