A Tommy Bahama retail store will open at the First Street Napa complex this spring, said a company representative.
The store will be located inside the complex, under the Archer Napa hotel, next to Charlie Palmer Steak Napa and near a cork oak tree that remains on the property from its days as the former Napa Town Center.
“Tommy Bahama is always exploring new locations to better serve its guests,” said a company news release. “First Street Napa provides an exceptional shopping environment in the heart of downtown Napa.”
“Upon opening this spring, Tommy Bahama looks forward to welcoming locals and tourists alike to the store’s colorful assortment of men’s and women’s sportswear, swimwear, accessories and home décor.”
There are more than 160 Tommy Bahama stores globally, including 16 stores throughout California, the company said.
The First Street Napa Tommy Bahama store will be approximately 2,800 square feet.
Other First Street Napa tenants that have been announced include: Brown Estate, Charlie Palmer Steak Napa, Compline wine bar, restaurant and shop, Eiko’s, Napa Valley Jewelers, Overland Sheepskin Co., Lush, Napastäk and State & First by Maris Collective.
First Street Napa is a 325,000 square foot mixed-use development that will add more than 45 shops and restaurants and new creative class office space in downtown Napa. It also includes the 183-room Archer Napa hotel.
This district redevelopment has been estimated to cost $200 million. The property is located at 1300 First St.
Zapolski Real Estate, LLC partnered with Trademark Property Company to redevelop the center. Archer Napa was developed by LodgeWorks Partners.
