Westbend Residences

Westbend Residences marks the second phase of the Westbend mixed-use community in Fort Worth, the first phase was redeveloped by Trademark in 2016. Westbend Residences spans 3.5 acres along the Trinity River, the project includes 321 luxury residential units and 4,500 square feet of restaurant space.

Located in one of Fort Worth’s most walkable urban neighborhoods, the development offers direct access to TCU, premier retail and dining, and outdoor recreation. Residents will enjoy elevated finishes and a curated amenity package, including two resort-style pools, rooftop lounge, coworking space, and fitness studio. The project is designed to meet National Green Building Standards (NGBS) and qualifies for LEED Silver certification. Construction began in spring 2025.
