Iconic Galleria Dallas Enters a Vibrant New Era with Retail Additions and Property Refresh

The 1.4-million-square-foot property welcomes eight new tenants, several store relocations, and significant property enhancements

DALLAS (March 11, 2026) – Galleria Dallas, the 1.4 million-square-foot icon that has held a prominent position in Dallas’ retail landscape for more than 40 years, is entering its next chapter of growth, with operator Trademark Property Company (Trademark) announcing eight new retailers, several store relocations, and renovations across the property. These enhancements underscore ownership’s commitment to enhancing its position as a premier community destination.

“Our work at Galleria Dallas continues to prove that when a center invests in creative placemaking and the right merchandising mix, it thrives,” said Terry Montesi, CEO at Trademark. “In the nearly eight years Trademark has leased and managed Galleria Dallas, our focus on upgrading the tenancy and integrating activated public space that enhances community engagement has heightened the center’s role as a key destination for locals and visitors alike. Thoughtful evolution of retail destinations ensures they remain places people want to return to again and again.”

Last December, Galleria Dallas became one of only two locations in the country to open Netflix House, an innovative experiential concept that offers fans an ever-evolving opportunity to interact with their favorite Netflix movies, shows, and merchandise. The opening of the entertainment venue contributed to Galleria Dallas’ most trafficked December since Placer.AI began tracking visits in 2017, with a 14.3% increase year-over-year and 15% increase over the last 90 days versus the prior year. Since assuming management of the shopping center, Trademark has increased sales at Galleria Dallas by 94%, with 2025 achieving the highest sales per square foot in the center’s 44-year history.

Other recent additions at Galleria Dallas include ALO, Aritzia, Helzberg 1915, Kids Foot Locker, Patissery, Rolife, Urban Planet, and Watson.

  • ALO offers premium activewear and athleisure for women and men, designed for the gym, yoga, or everyday comfort, and is now open.
  • Aritzia features women’s clothing that ranges from dresses for an evening out to activewear for the gym or leisure, and will open this fall.
  • Now open, Helzberg 1915 offers an elevated shopping experience centered on bridal and custom jewelry, with a custom bar staffed by certified experts.
  • Kids Foot Locker carries the freshest kids’ sneakers and sportswear from adidas, Nike, Champion, Vans, and more. The store is set to open in March.
  • Patissery celebrates authentic French baking by using only the finest ingredients and traditional techniques. The bakery is expected to open its first retail location at Galleria Dallas in April.
  • With a diverse range of high-quality products, Rolife offers DIY kits, trendy IP toys, 3D wooden puzzles, and mechanical models. The store is now open.
  • Urban Planet by Charlotte Russe caters to young men and women aged 16 to 24, offering the latest fashion, footwear and accessory trends. Urban Planet is now open.
  • Watson is known for its sneakers, button-downs, T-shirts, shorts, denim, and hats. The brand’s first location in North Texas is now open.

Previous additions include the first H&M Home in the state of Texas, the first UNIQLO store in North Texas, and POP MART, highlighting Galleria Dallas’ continued leadership in bringing fresh retail experiences to the market. Trademark is currently negotiating seven additional leases, including two prominent restaurant brands. Beyond retail, Trademark has also elevated public art at Galleria Dallas, partnering with local artists to display their works in unique and inventive ways throughout the property.

Several retailers are also relocating within the center. Foot Locker recently debuted its new Level 2 location next to Fossil. In March, Intimissimi will move one storefront down on Level 1, and Lane Boots’ flagship store will relocate in May to an expanded space on Level 1 near Lucky Brand Jeans. Plus, A|X Armani Exchange has returned to its regular storefront on Level 1, following the completion of a space remodel.

Additionally, the center underwent property enhancements over the past year and a half, including remodeling the ice-skating center, renovating the restrooms on Level 3 North and at the Ice Skating Center on Rink Level, and the addition of new party rooms ideal for celebrations, community events, and business meetings. A new entry corridor between The Westin Galleria Dallas and Bachendorf’s Jewelers now provides public restrooms on Level 1 for the first time, while updated property signage further enhances the guest experience.
