“A Sexy Little New Year’s Eve Getaway” Available for December 31
Wichita, KS (November 10, 2009) – LodgeWorks, L.P., a privately-held hotel development and management company in the midst of portfolio expansion, is set to open AVIA The Woodlands in Texas on December 14, 2009. The fourth in a new boutique hotel collection that infuses locally-inspired design with a unique service culture and a sophisticated sense of place, AVIA The Woodlands will be the anchor of Market Street – The Woodlands, an exclusive shopping and lifestyle enclave north of Houston, Texas.
With 70 rooms and suites, AVIA The Woodlands promises a big heart full of local color, combining understated elegance with the enthusiasm of a gracious local host. In celebration of the hotel opening, AVIA The Woodlands’ guests who stay anytime between December 14, 2009 and January 7, 2010 will receive a complimentary $25 dining credit valid at the AVIA Kitchen + Lounge. Rates for those dates start at $179. The dining credit will be automatically provided at check-in to guests who stay during this timeframe.
In addition, AVIA The Woodlands wants to be sure that holiday revelers know that the hotel will be open for “A Sexy Little New Year’s Eve Getaway” for the night of December 31st. Guests are invited to begin their evening with a special New Year’s Eve a la carte small plates menu and drinks at the AVIA Lounge before heading out for evening festivities – and are encouraged to return for a nightcap and a romantic ring-in-the-New-Year rendezvous in their own posh and private guestroom or suite. A special guests-only New Year’s Day brunch, freshly-prepared by AVIA Chef Daniel Toro will be available for $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. Room rates for New Year’s Eve accommodations start at $279.
