Saddle Creek has revealed a new fashionable tenant.
Lily Rain, a clothing and lifestyle store, will open in spring 2016 adjacent to Michael Kors. The 1,600-square-foot store will mark the first Lily Rain location in Tennessee.
“Leasing momentum is strong at Saddle Creek right now, and we’re pleased that Lily Rain is joining the list of tenants opening in Saddle Creek,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co., in a release. “The next few months will see additional openings, including Soft Surroundings and Kendra Scott, with more to come in 2016.”
Trademark, the center’s operator, is in the midst of phase II of its massive remodel and expansion. Once the project is completed in spring 2016, phase I and phase II will have added 25,000 square feet of additional retail space to the shops.
Saddle Creek first opened its Germantown doors in 1987 and today houses more than 40 stores across its 173,000 square feet.
