Victory Park Welcomes First Coffee Shop
Café Victoria will serve premium brews and baked goods;Owned and operated by a Victory Park resident
DALLAS – (Sept. XX, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. today announced that Café Victoria will join the 75-acre mixed-use development in downtown Dallas as its first coffee shop.
“A coffee shop has been the number one request since we started implementing the retail leasing and marketing of Victory Park,” said Daniel Goldware, director of leasing at Trademark. “Café Victoria is a perfect fit because it truly is a neighborhood establishment founded by one of Victory’s own residents. It is also an important component of the continued activation of Victory Park Lane.”
Owned and operated by current Victory Park resident Luciana Gómez, Café Victoria will serve freshly prepared, premium coffee and homemade pastries. The shop is scheduled to open in January 2016 and will be located on Victory Park Lane, next to Buda Juice.
“Living in Victory Park, I saw the need for great coffee firsthand. It became my dream to share the taste of quality coffee in a wonderful environment with my neighborhood,” said Gómez. “Now, my dream is coming to life, and I am both personally and professionally invested in a community that I believe in.”
Victory Park recently opened Classic Pilates, a Pilates and Gyrotonic® studio, and Buda Juice, which serves hand-squeezed organic juice on the go. Joanna Czech Salon will open in October 2015 and offer a full range of skincare and nail treatments, waxing and aesthetic services. In addition, BuzzBrews’ fifth Dallas location for late-night menu cravings is slated to open in early 2016, and a premier cinema, Cinépolis USA, will join Victory Park in 2017.
