Market Street, a mixed-use development in The Woodlands, is adding more high-end luxury brands to its storefronts.
Gucci, Breitling, Nike and wine-focused restaurant Sixty Vines will occupy about 24,000 square feet combined.
Italian luxury fashion house Gucci is expected to open in October next to the Louis Vuitton store. Next door to Gucci, Switzerland timepiece brand Breitling will debut in August. Oregon-based Nike (NYSE: NKE) will offer its line of sportswear and gear starting in September across from Starbucks. Sixty Vines is set to open in November in the center of Market Street just off of the park, which will be its second location in the Houston area.
The specific square footage for each store, brokers who negotiated the leases and other details were not available; the Houston Business Journal has reached out for more information.
Currently, the only Houston-area standalone stores for Gucci and Breitling are in The Galleria, a central hub for high-end fashion in Houston. Sixty Vines’ only other Houston-area location is in Rice Village.
“2022 will be a year of growth at Market Street,” Noemi Gonzalez, marketing director for Market Street, said in a press release. “Our guests will be introduced to a variety of exciting new retail and restaurant concepts opening their doors throughout the property.”
