AUSTIN, TEXAS (Sept. 2, 2021) – Trademark Property Company, mixed-use investor, developer and operator, will use its expertise to lease, manage and add value to Austin’s Great Hills Market and Great Hills Station, marking the Fort Worth-based company’s first projects in Texas’ capital city.

Great Hills Market and Great Hills Station are located across U.S. Highway 183 from each other at the intersection of Great Hills Trail. Great Hills Market is 154,069 square feet with 19 retail and restaurant tenants, including Modern Market, Petco, TJ Maxx, Regal Cinemas and Manuel’s. Great Hills Station is 128,377 square feet with 17 tenants, such as Sprouts, Vitamin Shoppe, Michael’s and Truluck’s.
