Blake joined Trademark in 2024 and serves as Vice President of Development leading development efforts for new, ground-up and major redevelopments of retail and mixed-use projects. Since 2011, Blake has participated in more than $2.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions and has experience in mixed-use, office, retail, and multifamily development and acquisitions. Before joining Trademark, Blake was Director of Development for Crescent Communities in Dallas, TX where he led development efforts for the Commercial platform including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing, and execution. Prior to Crescent Communities, Blake worked with Dilweg Companies in Durham, NC and Reef Capital Partners in Salt Lake City, UT. Blake holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. Blake is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, and TREC.

Prior to Trademark, Colley was previously with Criterion Development Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed-use properties. A well-rounded developer and licensed engineer, Colley has extensive experience in enhancing communities through strategic planning and execution of residential and mixed-use properties. Colley previously worked for Kimley-Horn & Associates where he established a land development consulting practice in Fort Worth, working on notable projects, such as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters “The Star”, Toyota USA headquarters, and the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Colley graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in civil and environmental engineering and human biochemistry, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. Colley is a national full member of ULI, National Multifamily Housing Council, and serves on Fort Worth’s Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group (MUZAG) and the Board of Directors of the Valley Ranch Association.

Scott Elrod joined Trademark as Chief Financial Officer in the fall of 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience leading finance, accounting, investor relations and reporting functions for complex real estate platforms. In his role, Scott is responsible for financial strategy, accounting, investor reporting, and capital markets support functions. His focus is on ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and scalability across Trademark’s retail, mixed-use, multifamily, and institutional services platforms.

Scott began his career with roles at Hudson Advisors, Ernst & Young and Invesco before moving on to hold senior leadership positions with a range of institutional real estate organizations, including CBRE, USAA Real Estate, and Clarion Partners. Most recently, Scott was Head of US Property Accounting for CBRE, where he was responsible for leading a major transformation project around technology and service delivery.

Throughout his career, Scott has partnered closely with ownership groups, lenders, and institutional investors to support complex and large-scale commercial real estate portfolios. He is known for implementing best-in-class financial systems, strengthening governance and reporting frameworks, and scaling finance organizations to support growth. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Daniel Goldware joined Trademark in October 2013 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing where he leads the leasing department and directly leases multiple projects. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and sits on Trademark’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Trademark, Daniel worked for Weingarten Realty Investors (NYSE: WRI), a leading retail REIT, as a Leasing Executive where he was consistently a top performer focused on leasing grocery anchored and power centers throughout the central region.

Daniel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He received a BBA in Finance and Marketing and a minor in Economics from The University of Denver.

Weston Graves, Vice President Portfolio Development Design & Construction, joined Trademark in 2011. Weston is responsible for Trademark’s Tenant Services Department in addition to managing the design and construction of Trademark’s capital projects ranging from new and existing asset redevelopment to ground-up construction. Prior to joining Trademark, Weston had a diverse architecture and development career including positions as Vice President of Operations for Warren Wilke & Associates and Development Manager for K&H Development. He received his Masters of Architecture from Texas Tech University and is a licensed architect in the state of Texas.

Doug Harmonson joined Trademark in 1999 from OmniAmerican Federal Credit Union, where he was assistant vice president of Network Services. Previously, Doug was director of information technology for The Computer Assistant. In 2003, he was called on to help establish Trademark’s research department. Since starting this department, Doug has played a key role in developing several proprietary research tools for Trademark as well as providing research services both for in-house use and for Trademark’s partners. Doug has a BS degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Kessinger joined Trademark in the fall of 2023 as President and COO. His responsibilities include: increasing Trademark’s footprint as an experienced and stable operating partner that can navigate the most complex projects in challenging environments; implementing best practices and systems, along with new operational innovations, such as AI-powered technology; attracting, retaining and developing Trademark’s talented team; and growing and executing the company’s robust pipeline of mixed-use and multifamily projects, as well as its institutional service business, providing best-in-class management, leasing, development, and advisory services to top owners throughout the country.

He previously served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at ShopCore Properties, a Blackstone company. He initially consulted for Blackstone during its due diligence and acquisition of the company and then joined ShopCore full-time to oversee all transactions, asset management, property management, legal, marketing, and sustainability functions. While at ShopCore he also co-founded CoreGiving, a 501(c)(3) organization aimed squarely at tackling hunger and food insecurity for children in the U.S. Kessinger remains an active supporter of CoreGiving, which is on pace to raise more than $3.4 million this year. Kessinger continues his philanthropic efforts with the company’s Make a Difference Foundation, which is a core part of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program.

Prior to his role at ShopCore, Kessinger oversaw the institutional funds portfolios at DDR Corp (now SITE Centers) as the Senior Vice President of Funds Management. He graduated from The University of Akron as the Valedictorian and received his law degree with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is also an active member of ICSC.

Cassie joined Trademark in 2015 and has twenty years of experience in the fields of landscape architecture, urban planning, and public space curation. She is currently managing the design of Trademark’s capital projects including new and existing asset redevelopment. Cassie and her team help build these well-crafted, curated, and distinctive spaces by bringing in the local thread of designers, community artists and makers to enrich public spaces. She is also a commissioned artist and serves on the Texas A&M Professional Advisory Board for the Department of Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning.

Monica joined Trademark in June 2010 and currently serves as Vice President – Development, bringing over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate development, due diligence, and project management. Throughout her career, she has led a wide range of development activities, including entitlements, public-private partnerships, incentive negotiations, and full project execution. Known for building strong, collaborative relationships with owners, municipalities, and partners, Monica has played a key role in advancing Trademark projects across multiple markets.

Her project portfolio includes the $70 million redevelopment of Victory Park in Dallas, TX, where she managed $16 million in city incentives, as well as leading predevelopment and entitlement efforts for several of Trademark’s projects. These include regional mall, mixed-use, and retail developments in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas. Currently, Monica is leading the redevelopment of Lincoln Square in Arlington, TX, while also supporting a range of active pursuits in key growth markets across the country.

Beyond her core responsibilities, Monica is actively engaged in both community and industry leadership. She serves on the boards of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (RECGFW) and Goodwill North Central Texas, and holds the role of Foundation Champion Director for the CREW Network Foundation. Monica is also an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and the Fort Worth chapter of CREW Network, where she is a Past President and continues to contribute through ongoing committee involvement.

Her accolades include the CREW Fort Worth 2020 Susan A. Halsey Excellence in Leadership Award, RECGFW 2018 Outstanding Young Leader of the Year, and CREW Fort Worth 2014 Member of the Year.

Monica holds a B.A. in History from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a graduate of the 2019 CREW Network Leadership Certificate Program, focused on leadership development, industry training, and mentorship. In June 2022, she also completed the CRE Analyst FastTrack Program.

Tommy Miller joined Trademark in 1999 as a development partner, and is currently Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer.

Tommy previously held executive positions with Santa Fe, N.M.-based Security Capital Group and its investee companies, CarrAmerica, Archstone, ProLogis and the predecessor to Regency Centers. He wrote the business plan for, and was Executive Vice President of CarrAmerica’s serviced office business, and directed office property acquisitions in multiple U.S. markets. He also served as the Founding Director of the Security Capital U.S. Investment Research Institute and Senior Manager with the Arthur Andersen Real Estate Services Group (formerly GA/Partners and Gladstone Associates) in Washington, D.C., and an associate with Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in Dallas.

Tommy is an Urban Land Institute (ULI) CRC Gold Flight Council member and is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Board of Trustees of All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth, Texas. He received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Trinity University.

As founder and CEO, Terry Montesi has led Trademark Property Co. through over 30 years of innovative, community-focused development. Under his leadership, Trademark has worked on more than $5B and 24M SF of some of the most placemaking-centric retail and mixed-use properties in the United States.

Terry is the driving force behind Trademark’s collaborative, community-driven approach to development. Pulling from his 40-plus years of industry experience, he has cultivated a company philosophy that is defined by constant innovation, creating meaningful guest experiences, and long-term thinking. Terry’s commitment to constant evolution and long-time support of the core tenets of Conscious Capitalism led him to create Trademark’s own conscious development model, The Conscious Place, setting the tone for a continued focus on innovative and experiential retail and mixed-use places. Terry is also the host of Leaning In, Trademark’s podcast focusing on the future of mixed-use real estate.

Terry sits on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Board of Trustees and The University of Texas Development Board; is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors Hall of Fame, the World Presidents’ Organization, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI); and has served on numerous committees and judging panels for ULI, ICSC and the Texas Exes.

As an active participant in the Fort Worth community Terry holds, or has held, leadership positions with the Union Gospel Mission of Fort Worth, Christ Chapel Bible Church, the Trinity Habitat for Humanity, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and Junior Achievement. In addition, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Before founding Trademark in 1992, Terry was a principal and co-founder of Huff, Brous, McDowell & Montesi, Inc., Fort Worth’s largest commercial brokerage and management firm. Earlier in his career, he worked for Lincoln Property Company. In 1986, he and his brother became Blockbuster Video’s fourth franchisee.

Terry earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and BBA from the University of Mississippi. He and his wife live in Fort Worth, TX and are proud parents to three grown children.

Prior to Trademark, Phil Pearson joined the Lincoln Property Company (LPC) Dallas office in October of 2013 as Head of Asset Management for the retail division. Prior to LPC, Phil headed up national leasing for RREEF/Deutsche Bank for 10 years managing a portfolio in excess of $2 billion in retail assets. Phil has extensive experience in leasing and asset management of institutional quality shopping centers and mixed-use properties, including lifestyle, high-end free-standing locations, malls, and power & community centers throughout the United States. Phil is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and is designated by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS). Phil served as former Texas ICSC Operations Chair for 3 years. Phil earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.

David joined Trademark in July of 2014 with more than 35 years of retail leasing experience. Pratt is responsible for leasing the company’s malls and lifestyle centers. Having served 15 years with General Growth Properties as Senior Director and Vice President of Leasing prior to joining Trademark, Pratt has built a significant understanding for the retail real estate industry with an emphasis on specialty retail leasing. Pratt’s past experience includes Director of Leasing for The RREEF Funds, now Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Senior Leasing Representative for Jones Lang Wooton Realty Advisors, as well as Retail Leasing Agent for Fuller Commercial Brokerage Company.

Keith Smith joined Trademark in 2024 as VP of Construction and Development to support the company’s growing project pipeline. With over 39 years of experience, Smith plays a key role in leading the construction and development of mixed-use and retail real estate projects, including new developments and major redevelopments. With a direct management role in the production of over 10.6 million square feet, Smith has successfully overseen projects exceeding $200 million in value. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Development, Design, and Construction Specialist (CDP) designation. Keith graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Management.

Lance joined Trademark in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Retail and Mixed-Use Development.

He has participated in the ownership of more than 100 properties throughout the United States and has overseen the acquisition, asset management, development, disposition and entitlements functions in depth for those properties. He has invested on behalf of institutions such as Apollo Real Estate, Guggenheim Partners, Protective Life Insurance Company and Goldman Sachs.

He is a 28-year member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he both chaired the Texas Convention in 2014 and served on the Government Relations Committee for three (3) years; he is Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1992.

He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.

Revenue Growth Expert with over 20 years of experience in the shopping center industry, specializing in specialty leasing, sponsorship, and advertising revenue. Previously served as Senior Director of Specialty Leasing at Washington Prime Group (WPG), where she led a team of 12 and oversaw $17M in ancillary revenue across 1,000+ deals annually.

Career highlights include leadership roles at Spinoso Real Estate Group, DDR, and General Growth Properties. Sarah brings a proven track record of driving NOI through the development and execution of comprehensive specialty leasing programs, with a focus on experiential and local tenant activations.

Strong national tenant relationships and a recognized expert in EV charging infrastructure, with over 300 EV charger installations completed to date.

Clay serves as Vice President of Leasing, overseeing North Point and La Palmera. Walton has led a successful career in shopping development and leasing for more than 25 years. A consistent top performer, he has previously worked at Centennial Real Estate as a Senior Vice President of National Leasing and The Macerich Company as an Assistant Vice President of Leasing. Walton received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

Philip joined Trademark in January 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Construction and Development where he brings more than a decade of experience to guide construction efforts at Trademark’s multifamily developments. Before joining Trademark, Welch served as Director of Preconstruction for Weis Builders, Inc. Welch was a project manager prior to working in preconstruction bring firsthand construction knowledge to the table. Welch was project manager for Presbyterian Village North Senior Living Community Phase 1 expansion in Dallas, the company’s largest project at time of construction. He also led Weis Builders Texas office to record-breaking construction starts throughout the past two years prior to joining Trademark.

Welch earned a Bachelor of Science in construction science with a minor in business from Texas A&M University. He graduated cum laude and was a three-year recipient of the College of Architecture Construction Science Scholarship. Welch is also a LEED Green Associate on the U.S Green Building Council, an associate constructor for the American Institute of Constructors and a member of TREC and ULI.

Welch currently resides in Flower Mound with his wife Jessica and daughters.

Marina joined Trademark in December 2024 as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the HR function at Trademark, including talent acquisition, talent management, payroll, compensation and benefits and strategic HR Planning.  Prior to joining Trademark, Marina served in various HR leadership roles in a variety of settings including healthcare and senior living. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Caregiver, Inc. supporting a dispersed workforce of 4,000 employees in five states. She is passionate about making a difference, leading people strategies with a proactive approach, aligning business and people objectives, and fostering a positive work environment for employees to thrive.

Marina graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts. She holds a Human Resources Certification from SHRM and HRCI (SHRM-CP, PHR) and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
