Parker Restaurant Group Expands Popular Concept, The Hampton Social, to the Western Suburbs

CHICAGO (April 28, 2017) – Parker Restaurant Group, the Chicago-based hospitality brand behind innovative concepts The Hampton Social, Bassment and Mahalo, is excited to announce the opening of a second location of The Hampton Social at Burr Ridge Village Center in Burr Ridge, IL. Slated for late summer 2017, the upcoming 9,000-square-foot restaurant will feature its signature East End vibe and coastal style menu and cocktails, which chartered the first location in River North to be a hotspot among locals and visitors from around the world.

“As a result of the warm welcome we received in River North, we felt it was a natural choice to bring The Hampton Social experience to other locations in the Chicagoland area,” said Brad Parker, founder of Parker Restaurant Group. “Burr Ridge is a vibrant community and we are excited to bring our seaside retreat to its residents.”

The Hampton Social was a creative concept first conceived by Brad Parker. He observed the elegance and upscale relaxation enjoyed by New Yorkers escaping to the Hamptons every summer, and was inspired to bring Chicagoans a taste of this east coast style.

The Burr Ridge location will showcase quintessential nautical touches such as Adirondack chairs, white wooden tables and sprawling hammocks. The menu will also reflect the signature fare of the Hamptons, boasting seafood specialties and pizzas, along with entrée options for brunch, lunch and dinner. Diners can choose from an expansive wine list and a selection of refreshing sippers, including the highly sought after Frozé – a frozen rosé concoction specially curated by the restaurant that’s sure to transport guests to a sunny beach getaway.
