Trademark is proud to announce a major expansion of our WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth that will include a new 4 story office-retail building and a new freestanding retail building, with construction set to start 1st quarter 2014.
In total, 84,000 sf of additional retail space, including a newly signed anchor, will be added as well as 57,500 sf of Class A office.
The expansion will complete the 278,000 sf infill mixed-use project, located in the University District, directly across from University Park Village. WestBend will include several restaurants on the Trinity Trail with large trailside patios, new public spaces and specialty retailers and will add a walkable urban experience to the district’s existing conventional retail.
Grand Opening is scheduled for Spring 2015.
