ALPHARETTA, Ga. (Jan. 11, 2021) – Trademark Property Company, operator, developer, investor and institutional services firm, has been engaged to manage, lease and evaluate redevelopment opportunities for North Point, a 1,337,842-square-foot shopping mall in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Located at the intersection of Interstate 400 and Encore Parkway, bordering North Point Parkway, North Point is a shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the heart of Atlanta’s affluent North Fulton County market. The enclosed mall features 129 stores and restaurants, including Dillard’s, JCPenney, Von Maur, H&M, Macy’s, Sephora, AMC Theaters and The Cheesecake Factory.
