Trademark enhances tenant mix, accessibility, and wellness offerings at the property

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (April 28, 2025) – Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, is revitalizing Legacy Place, the premier lifestyle center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Since assuming management of the 48-acre property in May 2024, Trademark has been committed to elevating Legacy Place’s appeal, accessibility, and overall guest experience with significant renovations and tenant enhancements.

New additions to the tenant mix include:

  • EōS Fitness is a high-quality gym offering a variety of fitness amenities, including group classes and cutting-edge equipment across its 30,000 square feet. The fitness center is now open.
  • Yoga Joint offers its signature Flow, FIIT, and Restore classes in a modern, community-focused space designed to support strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The yoga studio is now open.
  • Jet Set Pilates offers a 50-minute high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout on custom JETSET reformers. The studio will open to the community this summer.
  • Cabinet IQ of Palm Beach specializes in high-quality kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertop design and installation. Cabinet IQ is slated to open this Summer.
  • Tampa General Hospital Cancer Institute is a state-of-the-art facility providing world-class oncology care, cutting-edge treatments, advanced technology, and patient support. The 18,000-square-foot center is set to open in 2026.

Spanning over 427,000 square feet, Legacy Place offers an open-air, pedestrian-friendly environment with a diverse mix of traditional retail, health and wellness, dining, office, and service uses. Positioned along PGA Boulevard, the center benefits from its prime location and strong anchor lineup, which includes Total Wine, Barnes & Noble, Ethan Allen, The Container Store, Best Buy, and others. Between 2023 and 2024, Legacy Place also welcomed Bungalow Palm Beach, Prime IV, and The Good Feet Store.

Trademark has completed significant streetscape, landscape, and access improvements at Legacy Place to accommodate demand from best-in-class operators. Improvements include opening a new ingress off of Lake Victoria Gardens Avenue to create a more seamless entry and exit, establishing a valet area, and adding parallel parking spots to minimize headlight glare into restaurants and shops, ensuring a more comfortable atmosphere for guests.

To mark the beginning of an exciting year of community programming at Legacy Place, the center recently hosted a vibrant Wellness Event featuring a mix of spring and Easter-themed activities, including complimentary photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, a balloon artist, and a raffle. More than just a celebration, the event served as an opportunity for wellness-oriented tenants to showcase their unique offerings and connect with the community.
