Trademark Property Hired to Manage & Lease The Shops at Highland Village

FORT WORTH, Texas (March 4, 2014) — Trademark Property Co. announced it has been engaged to oversee management, retail leasing, and redevelopment analysis for The Shops at Highland Village, a 351,631-square-foot open-air retail center in Highland Village, Texas.

Owned by AEW Capital Management and serving southern Denton County, including the affluent communities of Highland Village and Flower Mound, the 43.5-acre center features a high quality lineup of over 70 specialty shops and restaurants, including AMC Theatres and the newly opened Grimaldi’s Coal Brick Oven Pizzeria and Luke’s Locker. In addition, a 38,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market is currently under development and scheduled to open third quarter of 2014.
