Trademark Property Company Strengthens Leadership with New VP of Human Resources

Marina Zuza will focus on talent recruitment and development, employee satisfaction, and optimization of processes

Fort Worth, TX (Jan. 22, 2025) – Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, today announces the hiring of Marina Zuza as Vice President of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience, Zuza will lead the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.

Having previously served in various strategic and leadership roles, Zuza brings valuable experience in developing proactive people strategies, aligning business and people objectives, building talent acquisition teams, and implementing effective organizational strategies. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Caregiver, Inc., where she led a team of HR professionals that supported a dispersed workforce of 4,000 employees across five states. Zuza played a key role in developing employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and fair employment practices.

Zuza graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts. She earned her Human Resources Certification and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Last year, Trademark bolstered its development team with industry veterans, Lance W. Taylor as Senior Vice President of Development and Blake Bickmore as Vice President of Development. With a combined 50+ years of experience, the team plays a vital role in overseeing new and existing developments, redevelopments, and the management of project and tenant construction teams. Trademark also brought on Keith Smith as VP of Construction and Development to further support the company’s growing project pipeline.
