Trademark Property Company (Trademark), an investor, developer and operator of mixed-use centers, today announced it will assume leasing and property management for the 114,000-square-foot retail district at Left Bank, a popular mixed-use community in the heart of Fort Worth’s West 7th Street Urban Village. Left Bank marks Trademark’s seventh property in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and 17th property in the firm’s national portfolio.
Left Bank is ideally located at the intersection of the Central Business District and the Cultural Arts District. Anchored by Tom Thumb, the area’s first full-service urban grocer, the property features a diverse mix of tenants, including a variety of dining options like Buffalo Wild Wings, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Nekter Juice Bar and Fireside Pies, as well as top fitness studios such as Body Machine Fitness and Club Pilates. Additionally, Left Bank is home to more than 900 high-end residential units between Alta Left Bank Lofts and Flats as well as Trinity at Left Bank. Visitors of the development enjoy views of the Trinity River and direct access to the 30-mile Trinity Hike and Bike Trail.
“With its ideal location, access to natural amenities and effective mix of uses, Left Bank is an excellent addition to our portfolio in Fort Worth,” said Nancy San Pedro, Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Trademark. “We are proud to deepen our roots in our hometown, and we look forward to elevating the outstanding foundation that already exists at Left Bank.”
Trademark will apply its retail leasing expertise as well as its elevated approach to asset and property management to build upon Left Bank’s tenant mix, programming and placemaking initiatives.
Trademark’s mixed-use, retail and institutional services portfolio includes Galleria Dallas, Lincoln Square, WestBend, Waterside, 5000 S Hulen and Alliance Town Center in Dallas-Fort Worth; Market Street – The Woodlands in The Woodlands (Houston); La Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi, Texas; Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri; Annapolis Town Center in Annapolis, Maryland; North Point in Alpharetta (Atlanta); and Perkins Rowe in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
