FORT WORTH, TX. (Oct. 27, 2021) – Trademark Property Company, mixed-use investor, developer and operator, will welcome the first U.S. location of Quince, an award-winning, global culinary experience, to WestBend in early 2022.
The internationally recognized restaurant adds a combination of flavors and flare to WestBend’s beautiful river-front mixed-use landscape. Quince’s first location in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, was deemed the ‘No. 1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World’ for the past two years and was previously the ‘No. 1 Rooftop Destination in the World’ by Robb Report Magazine. The chic but casual atmosphere, impeccable views and carefully curated menu will create the perfect must-visit destination alongside WestBend’s uniquely curated tenant roster, including johnnie-O, Market by Macy’s, Warby Parker, Drybar, HG SPLY CO, and TYLER’S.
“We are thrilled with our leasing momentum at WestBend,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark. “With our best in Fort Worth location and the most relevant merchandising, WestBend has become Fort Worth’s go-to project for the latest and greatest retailers and restaurants, such as Quince, with more coming soon.”
Quince (@quincerooftop), one of the most interesting and fun food concepts in North America, was created for all ages in search of an upbeat experience with their meal. Eye-catching views complementing unexpected entertainment with hip, but familiar music will be brought to WestBend by Quince’s creator and lead partner, Brian Sneed. As a former Fort Worth hedge fund manager and Texas Christian University alumnus, Sneed is ready to bring Fort Worth this open-air restaurant attraction. Sneed says, “Fort Worth has evolved in so many ways in the past few years and it´s now ready for our type of dining experience.” For inspiration, Sneed often takes his chefs to his favorite culinary cities and regions, such as NYC, Mexico City, New Orleans, and Lima, Peru.
“This has been a long time coming, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to bring my concept home and to one of the best views on the Trinity River. It’s a must that Quince has exceptional views and quality neighboring businesses, and WestBend perfectly fits this requirement,” said Sneed. “Our global collective menu was formulated to include dishes people will crave and come back for tomorrow, and we’re excited for Fort Worth to experience this.”
Quince is the latest addition to WestBend’s restaurant family, joining Ascension and HG SPLY CO for dining along the Trinity River, and overlooking the Fort Worth Zoo and nearby wooded hillsides.
Trademark’s portfolio of mixed-use development, redevelopment and institutional services experience includes Alliance Town Center and Waterside in Fort Worth; Galleria Dallas; Market Street – The Woodlands in The Woodlands, Texas (Houston); La Palmera Mall in Corpus Christi, Texas; Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri; Annapolis Town Center in Annapolis, Maryland; Bridgewater Commons in New Jersey; and North Point in Alpharetta, Georgia (Atlanta).
