Class-A, amenity-rich building offers prime location, walkability, and Trinity River views
FORT WORTH, Texas (July 22, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. has completed a 57,000-square-foot Class-A office building, named WestBend 2, at its WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth. Located in the heart of the booming University District, the three-story building includes state-of-the art amenities, proximity to popular shops, restaurants, the Trinity River and the Trinity Trail.

In addition, Pax & Parker and Woodhouse Day Spa will open fall 2015, HG Sply Co. will open late 2015, and Grimaldi’s Coal-Brick Oven Pizzeria and Tyler’s are expected to open in early 2016.
WestBend is located on the Trinity River in Fort Worth’s University District, one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s strongest infill retail corridors.
