New staff in the areas of analysis, asset, portfolio and development management
FORT WORTH, Texas – Trademark Property Company, the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and institutional services firm, has recently welcomed new team members in several areas across the company, showing Trademark’s continued growth.
Mitchell Parker joined Trademark in July 2019 as Senior Financial Analyst in the Investments and Asset Management group, while Tran Huynh also joined in July as a Portfolio Assistant. Joe Dembesky came to Trademark earlier this year and serves as Development Manager.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Parker works on the underwriting and acquisition of new properties for the portfolio as well as asset management and disposition of existing properties. Prior to joining Trademark, Parker worked for Q Investments, a multi-strategy Hedge Fund in Fort Worth, Texas, where he worked with the Triple Net Financial Group, providing over $150mm of development financing towards single tenant net lease build-to-suit projects over two years. Mitchell received a BS in Finance and a BS in Real Estate from the Rovetta School of Business at Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Huyah serves as a Portfolio Assistant, and prior to joining Trademark, she managed well-established restaurant concepts overseeing operations, sales performance and customer relations. More recently, she worked for GW Communications as an AutoCAD drafter. Huyah graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Joining Trademark in April of this as a Development Manager, Dembesky is responsible for overseeing Trademark’s ground-up redevelopment retail/mixed-use projects. Additionally, he assists in risk analysis and underwriting of prospective real estate investments. Joe received a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Trademark’s portfolio of retail and mixed-used development expertise includes a number of recent notable redevelopment projects, including South Victory and Galleria Dallas in Dallas, Rice Village in Houston, WestBend in Fort Worth, Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis, Md., and Saddle Creek in Germantown, Tenn.
