FORT WORTH, Texas (Sept. 21, 2010) – Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Company today announced Stephen Bolger has joined the company as Senior Leasing Rep. Bolger began his new role on Tuesday, Sept. 7.

Bolger will be assisting with several Trademark properties, including Market Street Flowood in Flowood, Mississippi, and Watters Creek in Allen, Texas. Trademark is an active retail and mixed-use developer in Texas and surrounding states with properties including Alliance Town Center (Fort Worth, Texas), Market Street – The Woodlands (The Woodlands, Texas) and La Palmera (Corpus Christi, Texas), as well as Santa Fe Place Mall in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Bolger joins Trademark from Bayer Properties in Birmingham, Alabama, where he served as a leasing associate, specializing in local and regional leasing, including projects in Birmingham, Charleston, S.C., Fort Collins, Colo., Reno, Nev., and Louisville, Ky.
