Spaces, a creative coworking provider, is moving into Perkins Rowe, the multi-use development announced.
Spaces, set to open early 2020, will occupy the 18,000-square-foot space adjacent to Sur la Table and Anthropologie. There will be flexible workspace options, such as a “business club,” desks, private offices and equipped meeting rooms that will be available for members. Spaces also provides Wi-Fi, concierge-level services and a coffee bar.
The company is headquartered in the Netherlands and operates more than 250 locations across the world, including more than 50 Spaces in the U.S with spots in places such as Houston, Austin and Dallas. The Perkins Rowe location will be the company’s first in Louisiana.
The company is focusing on expanding into communities where its identified a high demand for flexible workspaces, says Michael Berretta, VP of Network Development of IWG, which owns Spaces, said in a press release.
