Saddle Creek just announced three new tenants.
American Threads, Sephora and Sur La Table have all signed leases for space in Trademark Property Co.’s Germantown shopping center.
“This is an exciting time for Saddle Creek, and we’re pleased that Sur La Table is joining the growing list of new tenants that have chosen our lifestyle center to open their first Tennessee locations,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Co., in a release. “Additionally, we know our customers will agree that American Threads and Sephora are wonderful additions to the Saddle Creek shopping experience.”
Atlanta-based American Threads will occupy a roughly 2,000-square-foot tenant bay in Saddle Creek North, adjacent to the Janie and Jack store. American Threads is scheduled to open in late 2016. Sur La Table, a Seattle-based kitchen supply retailer, will open the doors on its 5,800-square-foot store in the lifestyle center located in Saddle Creek South next to Brooks Brothers, in 2017. This will mark the first location in Tennessee.
