Lincoln Square is a 470,000 square foot shopping center in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District. The center features retailers such as Michael’s, Petsmart, Ross, Studio Movie Grill and Ulta. Within the next six years, Trademark plans to convert the center to a mixed-use development with office, multifamily, retail and restaurants.
