In 2018, Trademark assumed management and leasing of this iconic property that had fallen out of favor with shoppers. After inheriting this asset from a large public company with a short-term vision, Trademark decided to play the long game, focusing more on creative placemaking and strategic renovation wins that would help us upgrade the tenant mix.
The result? A revamped and revised luxury tenant program. Sales increase of 81% in the last six years. And leasing wins including x, y, and z. Trademark also negotiated a big box departure that soon will be transformed intothe world’s first Netflix House coming in 2025. Not too shabby for a “dead mall”.
