Take a property from “Good to Great” is what Trademark does best. In 2018, Annapolis Town Center was in need of new energy and fresh ideas after losing a steady stream of tenants to a competing retail project and losing much of its luster.

Trademark stepped in and rebranded, renovated, and re-merchandised the property. Recent wins include expanding the public spaces, enhancing facades, and welcoming Pottery Barn, Williams Sanoma and Sephora to the property after all of the left the competing center down the street. Since Trademark was tasked to elevate this project, rents are up +50% and sales are up +40%.
