Trademark Property Company, the storied firm behind many staple mixed-use developments in North Texas, is entering the multifamily market.
The Fort Worth-based company developed Alliance Town Center in partnership with Hillwood and other iconic projects in North Texas. Trademark Property is actively looking for multifamily deals in North Texas.
“The need for new retail space has clearly declined,” said Terry Montesi, founder and CEO of Trademark Property Company. “So we’re doing a lot of redevelopment, not a lot of ground-up retail development and we see the continuing benefits of integrated mixed-use.”
