ORLANDO, Fla. (Aug. 7, 2025) – Trademark Property Company (Trademark), a mixed-use operator, investor, and developer operating nationally, has been selected to manage and lease Winter Garden Village, a 1.2 million-square-foot regional shopping center in Orlando, Florida. In partnership with the new owner, Trademark will oversee the renovation and repositioning of the property.
“We plan to continue to take advantage of Winter Garden Village’s strong tenant sales performance and trade area, which we believe is underserved for better retail and restaurants,” said Tommy Miller, Managing Director and CIO at Trademark. “We see significant opportunity to improve the merchandising and enhance the experience for both tenants and the community.”
As a market dominant retail destination for West Orlando and surrounding communities, Winter Garden Village features a mix of national and regional retailers, restaurants, and service providers, including Super Target, Lowes, Marshalls/HomeGoods, Ulta, Old Navy, Best Buy, Ross, Burlington, PetSmart, Market by Macy’s, Nike, J Crew, Chico’s, Kay Jewelers, Bath & Body Works, Pacsun, Kirklands, Paradise Grills, Bone Fish Grill, Trek, and Massage Envy. Planned capital improvements will include enhancements to the pedestrian environment and common areas, reinforcing the center’s dominant position in the market and setting the stage for upgraded merchandising.
