Zona Rosa had a big opportunity to be a true town center – the go-to place for the Northland community. However, an aging retail property and negative perceptions hindered this goal. Kicked off in the fall of 2020, a multi-million dollar renovation began, allowing Zona Rosa to take full advantage of this opportunity and also re-position itself for the future of retail and mixed-use spaces.

As part of the redevelopment, Zona Rosa also underwent a full brand identity redesign to reflect this new hyperlocal brand story.
