COMMUNICATIONS
It is a goal of the Communications Committee to provide strategies to support and promote committee activities internally and to the rest of Trademark. We hope to ensure that effective and timely modes of communication are utilized and ultimately engaging for all employees. We hope to educate, curate and share thought provoking pieces using various types of media.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
The goal of the Training & Education subcommittee is to create consistent internal learning opportunities that promote understanding of the value of IDEA principles. We will educate Trademark and the IDEA team and inspire a distribution of knowledge by creating safe spaces for sharing. We will connect the company with trustworthy external resources and experts, and create engaging ways to learn offered to all employees starting with the first few days of employment.
RECRUITMENT & HIRING
The subcommittee is focused on identifying and addressing barriers within the hiring process and pipeline that inhibit a diverse workforce. The goal is to achieve greater diversity by hiring qualified candidates free from biases for or against any individual or group of candidates.
