Maranda K. Auzenne is Vice President of Property Management working closely with the on-site Trademark’s Property Management team and is a leader on the Transition Team. With a focus on best practices training, identifying cost savings and service elevation opportunities, special projects and one-on-one mentoring of General Managers, Maranda ensures that new projects are effectively onboarded and trained.
Before joining Trademark in 2014, Maranda worked with MG Herring Group for 6 years where she managed a 630K sf lifestyle center. From her 12 years in the retail/commercial real estate property management arena, Maranda brings a diverse background in all phases of strategic property leadership including post development opening, all levels of property operations, property stabilization strategies, specialty leasing, sustainability, transitions and dispositions support.
Maranda is a member of ICSC, and has received the CSM and CRRP designations. She has served for two years (2019 and 2020) as the Chair of the Red River States Conference & Deal Making. Maranda is a recent Past-Chair, of the Best Southwest Partnership, a 35 year old regional organization representing 12 member cities in creating environments that are conducive to economic development and is a Mayoral appointed Planning & Zoning Commissioner in her city. She is a recipient of both the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award and Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Award. Maranda currently serves on the Executive Board for Hope Mansion, a local non-profit.

Chuck Steelman is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience, Programming and Partnerships for Trademark Property. In his role, Steelman leads all experiential efforts for the portfolio including elevated special events and programs, fashion presentations, partnerships and Guest Services efforts. While at Trademark Property, Chuck has developed and executed numerous special events and experiences with some of the country’s top pop culture influencers and organizations. Steelman has been successful in launching partnerships with numerous non-profits throughout the United States. Under his leadership, in 2021, Trademark’s Galleria Dallas was named one of the top 3 experiential centers in the USA by Chain Store Age magazine.
Chuck has over 30 years of the experience in the fashion and retail industry, starting his career in special events at Parisian, Inc. and then worked for the MGM-Mirage in their retail division for seven years. Steelman spent 16 years at the Neiman Marcus Group, in a variety of corporate positions including Corporate Public Relations, Special Events, and VIP Private Client Experiences. While at NM, he produced hundreds of runway shows each year for top fashion designers across the globe. He was awarded the 2014 “NMG Innovator Award” for his creation of Project Beauty, which generated over $2M in incremental Cosmetics sales each season.
He currently serves as a District Director for Fashion Group International, and oversees the chapters in Dallas, Houston, D.C., Detroit and Los Angeles. He served as the Regional Director for Fashion Group International of New Orleans and Fashion Group International of Dallas and was awarded the FGI President’s Service Award in 2015 for his volunteer work with FGI globally. In 2013, he was honored with the Distinguished Achievement Award from Wade College for his influence in the fashion industry. In 2020, he received the Humanitarian Award for his community service from the Democratic Party of Collin County. In addition to his volunteer work with FGI, Steelman has served on the board of directors for DIFFA Dallas, Chamberlain Ballet, and Health Services of North Texas. He currently serves as a board member of the University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas and works closely with the universities on the curriculum for business and marketing students.
Steelman is a graduate of the University of Mobile and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and resides in Dallas, Texas.
