Todd has worked in shopping center marketing for over 24 years, and has worked at Trademark since 2018 where he oversees all corporate marketing and field marketing initiatives for the entire portfolio of retail and mixed-use properties. He was previously Vice President of Marketing for Cypress Equities in Dallas, and also directed the Dallas regional marketing office for CBL and Associates Properties for nine years.
Todd has previously served in several field marketing roles across the United States in the shopping center industry and consulted privately within the retail real estate sector on a variety of marketing programs.
He holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University while also earning Certified Marketing Director status with the International Council of Shopping Centers.

As the driving force behind the company’s hospitality and experiential marketing initiatives, Ruiz is dedicated to curating, elevating, and executing initiatives that transform and enrich the entire customer journey.
In her first year at Trademark, Ruiz launched two remarkable concierge programs at separate Trademark locations, setting a precedent for exceptional service. Over the years, she has made her mark on the portfolio by enhancing holiday and other yearly activations across multiple locations, enriching the overall customer experience.
Ruiz’s innovative approach to elevating the customer journey is evident through her successful partnerships and the strategic use of technology and other unique workflows at various touchpoints. Her ability to seamlessly integrate technology and experiential elements has not only engaged customers but also set Trademark apart in the industry.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Ruiz’s journey to Trademark began with her role at Caruso in Los Angeles, California, where she initially cultivated her passion for experiential programming and user experience. Prior to joining Trademark, she led the experience and operational components of DreamWorks Animation’s international holiday activations.
Ruiz holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge.
