Prior to Trademark, Colley was previously with Criterion Development Partners, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed-use properties. A well-rounded developer and licensed engineer, Colley has extensive experience in enhancing communities through strategic planning and execution of residential and mixed-use properties. Colley previously worked for Kimley-Horn & Associates where he established a land development consulting practice in Fort Worth, working on notable projects, such as the Dallas Cowboys headquarters “The Star”, Toyota USA headquarters, and the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Colley graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in civil and environmental engineering and human biochemistry, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business. Colley is a national full member of ULI, National Multifamily Housing Council, and serves on Fort Worth’s Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group (MUZAG) and the Board of Directors of the Valley Ranch Association.

Kessinger joined Trademark in the fall of 2023 as President and COO. His responsibilities include: increasing Trademark’s footprint as an experienced and stable operating partner that can navigate the most complex projects in challenging environments; implementing best practices and systems, along with new operational innovations, such as AI-powered technology; attracting, retaining and developing Trademark’s talented team; and growing and executing the company’s robust pipeline of mixed-use and multifamily projects, as well as its institutional service business, providing best-in-class management, leasing, development, and advisory services to top owners throughout the country.
He previously served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at ShopCore Properties, a Blackstone company. He initially consulted for Blackstone during its due diligence and acquisition of the company and then joined ShopCore full-time to oversee all transactions, asset management, property management, legal, marketing, and sustainability functions. While at ShopCore he also co-founded CoreGiving, a 501(c)(3) organization aimed squarely at tackling hunger and food insecurity for children in the U.S. Kessinger remains an active supporter of CoreGiving, which is on pace to raise more than $3.4 million this year. Kessinger continues his philanthropic efforts with the company’s Make a Difference Foundation, which is a core part of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program.
Prior to his role at ShopCore, Kessinger oversaw the institutional funds portfolios at DDR Corp (now SITE Centers) as the Senior Vice President of Funds Management. He graduated from The University of Akron as the Valedictorian and received his law degree with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is also an active member of ICSC.

Tommy Miller joined Trademark in 1999 as a development partner, and is currently Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer.
Tommy previously held executive positions with Santa Fe, N.M.-based Security Capital Group and its investee companies, CarrAmerica, Archstone, ProLogis and the predecessor to Regency Centers. He wrote the business plan for, and was Executive Vice President of CarrAmerica’s serviced office business, and directed office property acquisitions in multiple U.S. markets. He also served as the Founding Director of the Security Capital U.S. Investment Research Institute and Senior Manager with the Arthur Andersen Real Estate Services Group (formerly GA/Partners and Gladstone Associates) in Washington, D.C., and an associate with Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in Dallas.
Tommy is an Urban Land Institute (ULI) CRC Gold Flight Council member and is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Board of Trustees of All Saints Episcopal School in Fort Worth, Texas. He received his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Trinity University.

As founder and CEO, Terry Montesi has led Trademark Property Co. through over 30 years of innovative, community-focused development. Under his leadership, Trademark has worked on more than $4.6B and 21M SF of some of the most placemaking-centric retail and mixed-use properties in the United States.
Terry is the driving force behind Trademark’s collaborative, community-driven approach to development. Pulling from his 40-plus years of industry experience, he has cultivated a company philosophy that is defined by constant innovation, creating meaningful guest experiences, and long-term thinking. Terry’s commitment to constant evolution and long-time support of the core tenets of Conscious Capitalism led him to create Trademark’s own conscious development model, The Conscious Place, setting the tone for a continued focus on innovative and experiential retail and mixed-use places. Terry is also the host of Leaning In, Trademark’s podcast focusing on the future of mixed-use real estate.
Terry sits on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Board of Trustees and The University of Texas Development Board; is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors Hall of Fame, the World Presidents’ Organization, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI); and has served on numerous committees and judging panels for ULI, ICSC and the Texas Exes.
As an active participant in the Fort Worth community Terry holds, or has held, leadership positions with the Union Gospel Mission of Fort Worth, Christ Chapel Bible Church, the Trinity Habitat for Humanity, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, and Junior Achievement. In addition, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Before founding Trademark in 1992, Terry was a principal and co-founder of Huff, Brous, McDowell & Montesi, Inc., Fort Worth’s largest commercial brokerage and management firm. Earlier in his career, he worked for Lincoln Property Company. In 1986, he and his brother became Blockbuster Video’s fourth franchisee.
Terry earned his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and BBA from the University of Mississippi. He and his wife live in Fort Worth, TX and are proud parents to three grown children.
