Keith Smith joined Trademark in 2024 as VP of Construction and Development to support the company’s growing project pipeline. With over 42 years of experience, Smith plays a key role in leading the construction and development of mixed-use and retail real estate projects, including new developments and major redevelopments. With a direct management role in the production of over 10.6 million square feet, Smith has successfully overseen projects exceeding $200 million in value. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Development, Design, and Construction Specialist (CDP) designation. Keith graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Construction Management.
