Jamie joined Trademark in 2024 as the Senior Vice President of Property Management, overseeing property operations across the portfolio. Prior to joining Trademark, Jamie managed complex, high-profile assets across the United States, including terminals at JFK and LAX International Airports, mixed-use developments including River Oaks District and The Americana at Brand, shopping centers including The Grove and The Mall at Short Hills, and portfolios of open-air retail centers across major markets. Additionally, Jamie founded NPV Solar, a commercial-scale solar development company focused on optimizing financial and ESG results for commercial real estate owners.
Jamie is an experienced lecturer in the areas of solar energy, sustainability, real estate development, and business ethics, delivering talks at esteemed universities, including NYU and Yale. Additionally, he co-authored a case on business ethics at Yale and serves as an advisor for multiple startup ventures across the business spectrum.
Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Yale and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Jamie is an active member of ULI, ICSC, SEIA, and American MENSA.

Nancy develops and leads Trademark’s asset managers and analysts who act as in-house owner’s representation for Trademark’s portfolio. She also collaborates with leasing, management and development/construction teams to identify, analyze and execute strategic initiatives including renovation and redevelopment. In addition, Nancy oversees financial and valuation analysis, manages property dispositions and assists in negotiating joint ventures, purchase and sales agreements, and other service agreements.
Prior to Trademark, Nancy was Senior Director for Asset Management at ShopCore’s West Region where she oversaw leasing, management, operations, transactions, legal and financing to effectively implement property-level and portfolio-wide strategies. Her experience also includes being Director of Leasing for a diverse retail portfolio throughout California, as well as a real estate consultant integrating a portfolio of 5 million square feet of industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
Nancy earned her MBA in real estate and entrepreneurship from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University. She is an Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Certified Property Manager. Among her many honors earned, she was named a GlobeSt. Woman of Influence (2021), IREM LA President’s Award (2016), IREM LA CPM of the Year (2014) and IREM Outstanding Young Professional (2011). She has served as IREM LA President (2018), IREM Young Professionals Chair, IREM Instructor, IREM Executive Councilor, and she is also a UCLA Extension Real Estate Instructor.
