The Annapolis Town Center is gearing up to welcome another new restaurant next month.
True Food Kitchen will open July 16 at 1906 Towne Centre Blvd. The health-centric eatery will be the latest restaurant to join the retail center, which is home to tenants like Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Mission BBQ and P.F. Chang’s. Last week, the Annapolis-based Monte Restaurant Development Group announced it will open a new concept, Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse and Dolce Bar, at the center this fall.
True Food Kitchen will serve up seasonally changing menus built around an anti-inflammatory food pyramid championed by founder Dr. Andrew Weil. The Phoenix, Arizona-based chain has more than 40 locations across the country, including one in Bethesda, and counts Oprah Winfrey as an investor.
The 6,675-square-foot restaurant features a dining room, open kitchen and full-service bar, and will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service. The space, which formerly housed a Brooks Brothers store, also offers a private dining area and a covered patio.
