Baker is a retail industry expert with over 30 years of experience in commercial property management and real estate, holding various roles at Stream Realty and Brookfield Properties as General Manager and Sr. General Manager. In addition to the $30M renovation of Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA, He has overseen the grand opening of several key properties across the U.S. including The Shoppes at River Crossing in Macon, GA and Oviedo Marketplace in Orlando, FL.
