Trademark’s Advisory Board
Trademark approaches every facet of the commercial real estate industry as learners, not knowers. Trademark is always looking ahead and planning for the future. This includes working with some of the industry’s best and brightest. Four prominent commercial real estate leaders joined Trademark’s Advisory Board, which will examine our company and provide valuable outside perspectives. Trademark continues to grow and evolve, and the advisory board will challenge us to be better. We thank each of them for contributing their time and expertise.
OUR MEMBERS
Mike ABLON
Mike Ablon is a founding partner of PegasusAblon, a multidisciplinary developer and investor. Mike has completed numerous noteworthy projects, including the Dallas Design District redevelopment and the Preston Center Office Submarket repositioning. His multifamily experience includes the creation of developments in the Design District and other urban/suburban cores throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
Jeffrey Bayer
Jeffrey is the President and CEO of Bayer Ventures LLC, Birmingham, Alabama. Jeffrey co-founded Bayer Properties in 1983 and under his leadership, the organization grew from a local property management company to a national commercial real estate firm with a mixed-use asset portfolio of 10 million SF, including the 982,000 SF Summit development in Birmingham, Alabama. In addition, Jeffrey serves as Senior Advisor for Capitol Peak Ventures, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm, and is an ICSC Trustee.
Mike Geisler
Mike Geisler is the Founding Principal and Managing Partner of Venture Commercial Real Estate, a values-driven brokerage firm. Mike draws from more than 35 years of experience as one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s top real estate brokers and more than 25 years spent leasing and redeveloping specialty and lifestyle centers, including The Plaza at Preston Center, Park Place and Berkshire Court.
Adam Metz
Adam Metz, who serves as a non-executive director with Hammerson, brings 30 years of wide-ranging experience in retail and commercial real estate, as both an executive and non-executive director. Adam previously served as CEO of General Growth Properties and President of Urban Shopping Centres Inc., two retail-focused REITs. Since then he served as Senior Advisor to TPG Capital and Managing Director, Head of International Real Estate for The Carlyle Group. Adam also sits on the Board of Trustees for Seritage Growth Properties.
