Specialty women’s clothing brand, Free People, opened their second Tennessee boutique in Germantown on September 14th, 2012 at The Shops of Saddle Creek. The new 1,960 sq. ft. space features a ‘Blacksmith Cottage’ concept, then brand’s second store with this design, and the veery first of its kind in the United States.
Also, a local women’s retailer, Indigo, has opened in their new, larger location at The Shops of Saddle Creek. The new 4,724 sq. ft. space features a contemporary design with an open ceiling, hardwood floors, an expanded shoe department and the addition of new lines such as Marc Jacobs and Hunter Boots.
This marks Indigo’s 17th year at Saddle Creek and their third different location.
On November 9th, Indigo will celebrate their grand opening with professional stylists from French Connection and Citizens of Humanity along with fashion, food, music and more than $5,000 in giveaways.
