FORT WORTH, Texas (Dec. 15, 2015) – Trademark Property Co. today announced CorePower Yoga and Drybar will join the growing list of tenants slated to open at its WestBend mixed-use development in Fort Worth’s University District. Both tenants are new to the Fort Worth market.

CorePower Yoga will open its first Fort Worth studio location at WestBend and will feature modern, consciously-designed spaces. Amenities include climate-controlled studios, a retail boutique, and spa-inspired changing rooms, showers, lockers and vanity areas. The 4,079-square-foot studio will offer yoga classes for all fitness levels and is slated to open in early 2016, next to HG Sply Co.
Drybar, the U.S. leader in the “blow dry bar” industry, focuses exclusively on blowouts. A convenient and affordable alternative to traditional salons, Drybar provides blowouts, updos, and offers its own line of hair styling products and tools available for purchase. The WestBend location will occupy 1,809 square feet and is slated to open in early 2016, across from Pax & Parker.
CorePower Yoga and Drybar will join the lineup of current WestBend tenants, including The Fresh Market, East Hampton Sandwich Co., Zoë’s Kitchen and Silver Fox. In addition, Pax & Parker and Woodhouse Day Spa will be open by the end of the year. HG Sply Co. and Tyler’s are expected to open in early 2016.
Redevelopment efforts are currently underway at WestBend, including adding new retail, restaurants and WestBend 2, a new 81,150-square-foot building that includes The Fresh Market on the ground floor and 57,000 square feet of new Class A office space directly above. WestBend includes 278,000 square feet of retail, dining and office space.
