2025 Year in Review

Best in Class Leadership

In 2025, our team continued to grow with best-in-class talent to support Trademark’s expanding portfolio and long-term vision. We were proud to welcome several experienced leaders whose expertise strengthens our platform across finance, operations, and development:

Multifamily

In 2025, Trademark opened The Vickery in Fort Worth, Trademark’s first multifamily community. With residents moving in, this is an important milestone for our multifamily platform. Progress continued for our multifamily platform with a successful groundbreaking of Westbend Residences.

Development

Key projects moved forward in 2025, with progress at Anthem in Arlington, Dunham Pointe in Houston, and Shivers Farm in Southlake, as well as the addition of Shawnee Trail in Celina.

Leasing & Operations

Our industry-leading leasing team continued to deliver strong results in 2025, closing deals with the right tenants across the portfolio and driving meaningful leasing momentum. Leasing and operations responsibilities also expanded during the year, with new management and leasing assignments at Winter Garden Village, Longview Mall, and Beachwood Place. These additions reflect Trademark’s continued growth as a trusted operator and partner.

Looking Ahead
